Ok kids... These are some essential items we need people to volunteer to bring for the communal area. Please step up for an item or two! Also please respond to this tribe site below (not me personally) so we can all be in communication and keep track of whats what etc...

ESSENTIALS:

~Fire Extinguisher
~Bucket
~Xtra lanterns / alternate lighting to Tiki's (BIG ONE)
~Tikis + Citronella (may or may not be able to use depending on fire hazard... always like to bring)
~Table (card)
~Tapestries / Rope / Lots of Safety Pins
~Garbage Bags
~Recycling Bins (Plastic or Boxes)
~Extra Chairs & Cushons
~Throw rugs
~Extra Water (this is always a thing... be generous si)
~Couple Clip boards + paper/pen
~Faerie Camp Sign (Melody/Rachel?)

Wish List:

~Extra Mirrors (yes Divas... you know how it is...)
~Table Cloths
~Alter Stuff for Drew
~Decorations

We also need about 3-5 people who are arriving earlier (like Tues) to volunteer to be greeters to help direct folks as to where to camp, not camp, sign up for tent tags, logistics, etc. Want to keep all the neighbors happy. Melody and I will fill you in when we see you as to what to do. This is a big one... I'm juggling a lot this year so could use a hand :)

We need one person a day to volunteer (or delegate to others) the taking out of the trash and recycling... also a quick sweep through of camp to keep it reasonably tidy... should take minimal effort, but much needed. There are 7 days (Tues-Mon) so 7 people... who is in?

Anyone want to be in charge of decorating (and delegating) the creation of our Alter (Drew the tree)?

Also someone to make sure tapestries (ie. privacy) get hung.
