Camp Host Responsibilities (Heather Baker & Ali Kat):

1. Delegating all this stuff to people & making sure it arrives, is in place etc.
2. Registering with Fair Central as our official Camp Host (this is very easy) and get enough tent tags for everyone (and make sure we are all tagged)
3. Leave No Trace - Camp must be left immaculate.
4. Make list of people to camp with us VS. space before fair etc - Plan.
5. Appeasing our Hippie Mafia Neighbors and respecting all "boundary" issues - Tres importante!
6. Love Love Love

PS. Rachel Brodkey, Jeremiah, Melody, Jen Slater - others might be willing to share camp host duties with you if you feel the need.

We need about 3-4 people arriving earlier (like Tues) to volunteer to be Greeters, to direct folks as to where to camp or not camp (that means they have to have experience as to where boundaries with neighbors are - Jeremiah, Naomi, HB, Jen S, Melody?) sign up for tent tags, logistics, keep the neighbors happy (you know the drill here) VERY Importante :)

We need one person a day to volunteer (and / or delegate to others) to make sure camp is in order - the trash and recycling are handled etc... also a quick sweep through camp to keep it reasonably tidy... should take minimal effort, but much needed. There are 7 days (Tues-Mon) so 7+ people. One very special person to do a final sweep - We should get ask for commitments BEFORE Fair (post-seratonin decision making brain power - not as useful and crabby).

We need volunteers in charge of decorating (and delegating) the creation of our Alter (Drew the tree)? (Melody Rockwell has Alter Box)

Someone to make sure tapestries (ie. privacy) get hung.
